RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from our store. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Any concern on returning the purchased product(s) that is sent to our email vicentaecom@gmail.com within 5 days from the arrival date will be eligible for a return/refund consideration. Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.

To assist us in resolving product-related issues promptly, the complaint should be accompanied by complete and clear proof, as specified below:

– An unboxing video when you receive the package
– Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
– Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (in case the item delivered is incorrect in terms of color/design/size compared to the order confirmation);
– Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of size is inconsistent with measurements stipulated in the size chart);
– Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

We will not accept the return/exchange request in the following cases:

– Changing the decision.
– The used products.
– Losing the attached accessories.
– Size/color is correct as of the original order
– The product is an attached gift.
– The products which are applied for promotion programs.

*Note: The return request must be the consent of the store representative. Returning the item without prior authorization will result in the package being lost and unable to reach us. The address marked on the shipping label is just the address of our shipping partner’s office. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please check with your bank if you do not receive the refund after our confirmation email (normally it takes 5 – 7 days depending on which bank your account is linked to).

Cancellation
We typically start processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure you will receive it on time. As a result, once an order has been processed, certain information cannot be modified.

If you want to cancel the order, please kindly contact us via our email vicentaecom@gmail.com within 6 hours after the purchase time. After 6 hours, your order will be processed and no one can cancel the order. Please be advised that order cancellation will charge 10% of your total order value for the management and transaction fee.
