1. Order confirmation

2. Tracking information
Normally, our system will automatically send you the tracking information email after 2 days of purchasing time. To track the status of your order, please click on the tracking link provided in the email.
Note: Please allow 5-7 working days for the tracking status to be updated on the carrier’s system.

3. Shipping time 
Shipping time will depend on your location. If you live in the United States, you will get it faster than if you reside in the rest of the World. You can follow the estimated delivery time below:
+ Processing time: 5-7 business days
+ Shipping time: 12~25 business days
– Shipping Detail:
+ United States: 7-20 working days
+ Rest of World: 7-30 working days

Kindly inform you that holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, and other factors may have an impact on shipping timeframes. We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected situations.

4. Shipping agent
Our main shipping agent partners are USPS, UniUni, UPS, Ontrac, and some others. We will choose the most suitable shipping agency based on your address shipping to ensure the quickest delivery of your product.

5. Order revision
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. In case, you would like to change your order information (size, color, type, shipping address), please contact us by email vicentaecom@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. If you realize that you made a mistake in your shipping address and your order has already been processed or shipped, you need to contact the carrier directly to request a change in your shipping address. – Customer refuses the package
– The package has been attempted to ship many times by the carriers.
– The tracking information on the carrier’s system shows the “delivered” status
